ATTENTION: Singers/songwriters, rappers, poets, and aspiring MC’s… We’ll be dissecting the lyrics of your favorite songs and examining their meaning and structure from a poetic perspective. We’ll also be writing our own poems and lyrics, and use a workshop model to give constructive criticism and develop our own songs. Bring your favorite songs and your own original work! (No class November 3rd).
